Chandra Harris – Sales Associate II

Chandra joined the MEA|NEA team in 2014 and has been a thriving team member ever since. She brought with her several years of healthcare sales and services experience that help her to best assess a dental practice’s need to move forward with an electronic attachment solution. She also has a keen eye for excellent web presence and also encourages providers to take advantage of MEA|NEA’s FastSites web services offering. Chandra is located here in Atlanta, GA at the MEA|NEA headquarters and enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the weekends. She is always on chat so reach out to her at anytime!

Rufus Fields – Sales Associate II

Rufus joined the team in late 2013 and has enjoyed the opportunity to work with dental practice’s all over the US, especially those based in his home state of California. He has brought with him extensive experience in running and coordinating the billing office for large medical groups and clinics. His keen awareness to the ever present paper problem’s in the claims billing process drives his need to help dental practice’s move to our FastAttach solution. Rufus is located here in Atlanta, GA at our MEA|NEA headquarters and enjoys spending time with is grandchildren, wife and kids on the weekends. He is always ready to take you call so give him a ‘ring’ any day!

Ken Pylant – Sales Associate II

Ken joined the team in 2012 and is our most senior sales associate. Ken’s deep knowledge of our FastAttach software and services, including our many partner/vendor interfaces, allows him to educate practice’s every day of the many benefits electronic attachments bring. He also understands the benefits that HIPAA-secure cloud based storage brings to any practice and often refers providers to our FastVaults solution where patient EOBs, billing statements or any other sensitive documents can be securely stored and shared. Ken is located here in Atlanta, GA at the MEA|NEA headquarters and enjoys spending time with his son and wife at sporting events on the weekends.

Sherri Richards – Sales Associate II

Sherri is the newest member of the MEA|NEA sales team but is no stranger to FastAttach! Sherri brings with her several years of dental office and billing management experiences, as well as extensive use of FastAttach in multiple practice settings. She has a deep understanding of the dental billing and insurance team’s workload (‘Their work is never done!’ – Sherri Richards) and what they can do to reduce time/effort in submitting documentation to insurance companies. Her goal is to take her years of experience into each practice she talks with and does everything she can to make the day to day operations more streamlined. Sherri is located remotely in Nashville, Tennessee and enjoys spending time with her children and family on the weekends watching Tennessee football.
