Access insurance carriers’ electronic documentation requirements with MEA|NEA’sFastLook. FastLook is an online portal of insurance carriers and their attachment requirements for specific procedures. It is available 24/7 and has all of the up-to-date information you need to determine which procedures require documentation. It’s easy!

• Search by carrier name
• Enter the procedure code OR search by a range of codes
• View the displayed procedure, detailed description and attachment requirements

FastLook also provides the carrier’s mailing address, customer service contact information, clearinghouse plan identification number and attachment return policy.
